I am a Board Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist who owns and operates Centered Peak Behavioral Health & Wellness, LLC. I earned my doctoral degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my neuropsychology internship at The Center for Neurological and Neurodevelopmental Health and my postdoctoral rehabilitation fellowship at Tampa General Hospital.

I have extensive experience in diverse clinical environments, including outpatient mental health, pediatric neuropsychology, hospital settings (both inpatient and outpatient), nonpharmacological pain management, and inpatient rehabilitation. I have worked with individuals of all ages and across the lifespan, addressing mental health issues, complex medical injuries, chronic health conditions, and physical and cognitive impairments. I provide compassionate and inclusive care tailored to individuals from diverse backgrounds consisting of various cultures, ethnicities, genders, and identities. I welcome the LGBTQIA community, as well as people of other marginalized groups and identities. My approach is grounded in respect and understanding, ensuring that each individual receives personalized mental health treatment in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

My expertise includes supporting and guiding individuals through various challenges and difficulties such as trauma, intergenerational trauma, mood difficulties, anxieties, social and emotional struggles, navigating life’s transitions, exploring identity, coping with grief and loss, addressing relational issues, managing chronic pain, coping with chronic health conditions, and adjusting to disabilities. Psychotherapy is tailored to the uniqueness of each individual and their respective goals. Psychotherapy is integrative and grounded in both evidence-based treatments and a holistic perspective. Treatment approaches can include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
  • Problem-Solving Therapy (PST)
  • Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Loving-Kindness, and/or Meditative practices

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love hiking, standup paddleboarding, traveling, cooking, cuddling with my two cats, and let us not forget practicing self-care! I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and cultivate practices of meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-compassion into daily use.
